GIVEAWAY Terms and Conditions

DAYLODGE GEAR "Workspace Bag" Giveaway Terms and Conditions. 

 One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) Workspace Overland Collection including the Camp Kitchen, Remote Office, Mixology, or Toolbox system. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Winner choses their Collection. 

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Daylodge Gear, PO Box 2095, White Salmon, WA 98672.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Daylodge Gear, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on May 17 and ends on October 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants can enter the giveaway by signing up for our newsletter at www.daylodge.com. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) Workspace Overland Collection system, including the Camp Kitchen, Remote Office, Mixology, or Toolbox system. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The random drawing will be conducted within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] after the giveaway ends.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via [method of notification, e.g., email, social media, etc.] within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] following the drawing. The winner must respond within [number of days, e.g., 3 days] to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected.

8. Publicity
By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Daylodge Gear to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
Daylodge Gear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Daylodge Gear's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Daylodge Gear also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Daylodge Gear, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or any prize won.

11. Governing Law
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

12. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be used in accordance with Daylodge Gear's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
