      The Gaucho is a waterproof zippered case that opens flat like a book On the left: an 8×12-inch food-grade bamboo cutting board with a juice groove and case with washable TPU material. On the right: a structured utility panel with knife and utensil slots, and tool loops. Close it and it's weatherproof. Open it and it's a working kitchen.
       
      It's the little brother of the Workspace Camp Kitchen — purpose-built for minimalists who want less kit, not less capability. The bamboo board lifts out for cleaning, and any standard 8×12 board fits the slot. Knives stay protected on rough roads. Tools stay organized. And when the fire's ready, everything is exactly where you left it.
